  • mixed nuts and seeds
  • fresh pomegranate
  • 1 babygem lettuce
  • clump of Moroccan mint
  • clump of curly parsley
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber
  • cup of bulghar wheat
  • juice of one lemon
  • tblsp of extra virgin, olive oil
  • ¼ grated carrot
